The name of the team for the All-Star Game utilized the two most popular characters among KBL Friends, KBL characters. As a result of the All-Star draft selected by each team coach, Heo Woong (Jeonju KCC), Didrick Lawson (Wonju DB), Lee Jung-hyun (Goyang Sono), Jeon Sung-hyun (Goyang Sono), and Ha Yoon-ki (Suwon KT) were selected as the best five teams.

Heo Hoon (Suwon KT), Jamil Warney (Seoul SK), Choi Joon-yong (Jeonju KCC), Yang Hong-seok (Changwon LG), and Kim Jong-kyu (Wonju DB) were selected as the best five players in the air defense team with coach Cho Sang-hyun.
