The Stars Group Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Odawa Indian Gaming Authority’s Little Travers Bay Band (“Odawa”) for online betting and gaming market access in the state of Michigan.

The agreement allows The Stars Group the first skin market access to operate and brand incontinence online betting, poker, and casinos in Michigan, and is subject to license availability, state law, and regulatory approvals.

“We are excited to announce this agreement with the Odawa Tribe that further enhances market access as we continue to build our FOX Bet business as one of the leaders in the emerging U.S. online betting and gaming market,” said Robin Chabra, FOX Bet’s chief executive officer.

“The Tribe’s partnership with The Stars Group brings the thrill of global sports betting and online gaming under every fingertip sliding across the touchscreen in Michigan beyond our reservations,” said Fred Harrington Jr., of the LTB Odawa Tribal Commission.
