Daegu FC reclaimed seventh place with a win over Jeju United.

Daegu won 1-0 in the 28th round of the Hana OneQ K League 1 2023 against Jeju at DGB Daegu Bank Park in Daegu on June 26. It was Daegu’s first win in seven games after a winless streak of six matches (four draws and two losses). The first goal came from the toe of Pohang’s Hong Yun-sang. In the 16th minute, Hong Yun-sang sent a right-footed inside kick from the left penalty area into the opposite corner of the goal. However, Gangwon equalized in the 33rd minute with a fantastic right-footed long-range shot from Alibayev.
