According to the Incheon Fire Department, four patients occurred at the Ganghwa Beach Marathon held in the area of Ganghwa Ham Market earlier in the day.

The participants reportedly complained of dizziness and shortness of breath. The daytime high in Ganghwa Island was around 28 degrees Celsius.

Among the four, the fire authorities classified a woman in her 30s who showed symptoms of decreased consciousness as serious and a man in his 60s as minor.
