The Korea Olympic Committee (KOC) will host the “Thank you, TEAM KOREA” event at the Lotte Hotel in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at 2 p.m. today to celebrate the Korean athletes participating in the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games. The event will be attended by 350 people, including members of the Hangzhou Asian Games team, gold medalists, heads of member sports organizations and city athletic directors.

For the first time at a Summer Asian Games, KOC President Lee Kee-heung will present three-time swimming gold medalist Kim Woo-min (Gangwon Province) and three-time archery gold medalist Im Jae-hyun (Korea Gymnastics University) with 30 million won ($30,000) in encouragement money after they were voted Most Valuable Player (MVP) by the media.

Korea has sent a record number of athletes to the Hangzhou Asian Games with 1,140 athletes competing in 39 sports. The Republic of Korea won 190 medals, including 42 gold, 59 silver, and 89 bronze medals, to finish third overall 무료슬롯게임 behind China and Japan.
